Eating healthy does not have to be expensive. All of our dinner items have a cost-per-serving (calculated by current prices at our local Wegmans Grocery). These recipes are all less than $2.50 per serving so they are not just delicious but easy on the budget.
All of the entrée recipes under this tag have 60 grams or less of total carbohydrates per serving and the recipes for sides and snacks have 30 grams or less of total carbs. The nutrition info for each recipe is also included, so you can see how many carbs are in a serving and figure out if that recipe will work well for you.
