Eating healthy does not have to be expensive. All of our dinner items have a cost-per-serving (calculated by current prices at our local Wegmans Grocery). These recipes are all less than $2.50 per serving so they are not just delicious but easy on the budget.

These are recipes that are moderate or low in carbohydrate, low in saturated fat, and contain no alcohol. They also feature ingredients that can support liver health like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, and foods rich in unsaturated fats, especially omega-3 fats.
