Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine pears, lemon juice, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt, nutmeg and cranberries. Pour into prepared 9-inch pie plate. To make the topping, combine oat flour, rolled oats, light brown sugar, cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vegan butter. Cut in room temperature butter with 2 forks to make the crumble. When crumbly, cover fruit and bake for 30-40 minutes. Check for topping to be crisp and browned!
