Pear & Cranberry Crisp

Many enjoy apple crisp as a favorite warm dessert. This recipe combines cool weather favorites, pears and cranberries, with a twist on a traditional crisp. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine pears, lemon juice, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt, nutmeg, and cranberries. Pour into prepared 9-inch pie plate. To make the crumble topping, combine oat flour, rolled oats, light brown sugar, cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in vegan butter with 2 forks large clumps form. Cover fruit with crumble topping and bake for 30-40 minutes. Check for topping to be crisp and browned!
