Orange Mango Tango Smoothie

We love this smoothie as it shows off some of our favorite orange foods, including a little-known smoothie ingredient: sweet potato! This is a featured recipe from our Preschool Food Adventure. This recipe was created by our Stafford Junction Youth who come to the kitchen for cooking classes.

METODÓ

Peel oranges, bananas, and carrots. Chop mango, oranges, bananas, carrots, and pineapple. Remove skin of sweet potato and mash in a bowl. Place fruits and veggies into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
