Who doesn't love the stir-fried green beans from your favorite take-out Asian restaurant? We wanted to come up with a tasty recipe that can be used to make them at home. With just a few fresh ingredients and a yummy sauce, this recipe is sure to become a regular in your meal planning rotation.

Method

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Blanch green beans for 3 minutes, then add to ice bath. In a bowl or mason jar, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to create sauce. Add combined sauce to a fry pan, heating to a bubble. Add green beans to the pan and toss. Continue stirring together until green beans are heated. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
