Radish and Cucumber Salad

This cool summer side dish stars the often overlooked radish! This crisp, fresh salad makes a perfect addition to a grilled meat or fish meal, but is also delicious on its own!

Method

Place all chopped veggies into a medium serving bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. When ready to serve, add dressing to chopped veggies and mix well!
