From cooking instructor Wendy Cannon “Fresh cranberry season is always exciting! I like to make my cranberry-blueberry bread and fresh cranberry sauce. I got a huge bag this year and was searching for other things to make with them when I found this recipe for salsa on Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. It was the surprise hit of our family New Year’s Eve party.”
