Tasty Tahini Dressing

SAVE ✓ SAVED ADD TO MEAL PLAN PRINT VIEW IN ENGLISH

Tahini dressing can be such a versatile addition to many of your favorite vegetables. We love this sweet tahini dressing on salad or used over roasted vegetables to add more complex flavor. The consistency can be made thick for tossing into a kale salad, but with the addition of more water it can be thinner so it can be drizzled more lightly. One of our favorite ways to enjoy this dressing is with a winter kale salad. Massage kale with a light coating of oil to soften the leaves then add your favorite crunchy toppings, like pecans, pine nuts, or pistachios. Add layers of flavor with roasted vegetables, dried fruit, or pomegranate arils. Top with this sweet tahini dressing and toss till the leaves are coated!

comida de infantes:

Tahini is essentially a butter made from sesame seeds. This a great way to introduce your newest eater to sesame, which is the 9th most common food allergen. It's a great complex but slightly sweet flavor for new eaters to try. Use to add more flavor for soft foods or as a dip if your baby is trying fingerfoods.
