Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss parsnips and carrots with oil and seasonings.
Spread out evenly on a sheet pan.
Roast for 20 minutes then stir the vegetables around on the tray.
Roast for an additional 20 minutes or until they are tender and well-roasted.
