Roasting vegetables is the easiest way to bring out their natural sweetness and that is no exception with these roasted parsnips and carrots! They make a perfect side and add lots of color to your plate. We especially love these with a drizzle of our Tasty Tahini Dressing on top!

Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss parsnips and carrots with oil and seasonings.
Spread out evenly on a sheet pan.
Roast for 20 minutes then stir the vegetables around on the tray.
Roast for an additional 20 minutes or until they are tender and well-roasted.
