Seared Baby Bok Choy

This yummy side dish comes together very quickly and makes a beautiful accompaniment to the rest of your meal. Pair it with the grilled meat or fish of your choice and enjoy!

Method

Heat coconut oil in a wok or saute pan. Add minced ginger and garlic and stir until softened. Add the baby bok choy, cut side down, to the pan. Use tongs to turn baby bok choy halves after browned, about 2 minutes. Pour water into the pan, cover, and let cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and add salt.
