Purple Cabbage Slaw

We love foods of every color at the Dr. Yum Project, and purple cabbage is a beautiful ingredient to color up your slaw! We hope you enjoy this simple side with summer favorites like barbecue, tacos, or add it to a salad.

Method

Combine salt, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl or mason jar. Toss shredded cabbage with slaw mixture and let sit for a few minutes until the dressing is incorporated. Add optional cilantro if desired.
