Kiwi Coconut Salsa

In the words of Rocco Visioni, "All fruits bow down to the kiwi." This recipe is deceptively simple, with a complex flavor that can't be matched. Although this is a salsa recipe and the serving size listed reflects that, a larger portion can make a great side dish! This is a featured recipe from our Preschool Food Adventure.

Method

Combine kiwi and mango in a large bowl. In a small bowl, add lime juice, honey, and salt and whisk together. Pour lime juice mixture over fruit and sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Gently mix salsa. Serve with chips.
