Crispy Cookie Bites

This quick and simple recipe was created by Noah, one of our cooking instructors. We love that it is allergen-friendly and doesn't require any appliances to make! We will be taking this to many future events, and we hope you will try it out for your next social gathering!

Method

Mix sun butter and honey in a large bowl until fully incorporated. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients 1 cup at a time to sun butter and honey mixture until evenly combined. Use a small scoop to form bites, and roll into a tight ball with your hand. May be served immediately, or can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
