Classic Guacamole

Method

Scoop flesh from the avocados and discard pit. Add lime juice and salt. Use a fork mash to integrate all ingredients, leaving small avocado chunks in tact. Mix in scallion, tomato, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping on toast.

Babyfood Option:

Grab a portion for your baby before adding salt. Avocados are a great soft food and provides a lot of healthy fats which are important for brain development.
