Method
Combine basil leaves and pears in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth. Add zest, salt, and red pepper flakes and stir. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Top with pecans and goat cheese and serve.
