Stone Fruit Salsa

We love salsa and this one is no exception! This recipe is shared with us by our friends at ChopChop Family who have a common mission of helping families cook together. It was fun making their recipe in our teaching kitchen and gathering Yum Scores from our families!

Method

1.Stir stone fruits together in a bowl

2.Stir in salt, mint, lime zest, and lime juice

3.Serve right away or cover and refrigerate up to overnight.

4.Serve salsa with tortilla or pita chips to dip or use as a topping for grilled meat or fish.
