Spring Vegetable Saute

Here is a recipe from our friends at ChopChop Family who share our common mission of helping families cook together. We love ALL the veggies and were excited to try a dish featuring ALL green! Our tasters in the Dr. Yum Teaching Kitchen gave great reviews.

Method

  1. Add oil to a large skillet and heat on medium-high
  2. Add scallions when oil is hot and stir for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add green beans, asparagus, and zucchini and cook, stirring frequently until tender (about 5-10 minutes)
  4. Mix in seasonings and serve right away
