Roasted Radishes with Thyme

At the Doctor Yum kitchen, we believe that just about any produce item, but especially root vegetables, taste amazing when roasted. Radishes are no exception! Radishes are often an afterthought relegated to a topping on the salad bar. We hope you will try these and make roasted radishes the star side dish to your dinner.

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add radishes, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix well to combine. Place mixture on the baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Once done, serve and enjoy!
