Granola

This is a quick and easy way to make your own granola at home! Here's one suggestion from one of our board members, but feel free to experiment with different ingredients, too. It's great to eat as cereal, sprinkled on plain Greek yogurt, or by the handful!

Method

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Add mixture to a baking sheet with a rim. Bake, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes, until the granola is toasted, about 45 minutes total. Once granola is cooled, store in an airtight container for up to a month.
