Kiwi Coconut Salsa

Method

Peel kiwis and mango, then dice into cubes. Add fruit to a large bowl. Juice lime into a small bowl, then add honey and salt and whisk together. Pour mixture over fruit and then sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Gently mix salsa. Serve with chips.
