Stir-Fry Maker

Try your hand at a quick and easy stir fry made with tons of veggies and your favorite protein on hand. This is an easy way to get dinner on the table FAST with just about anything you have in the fridge!

Choose your ingredients below to make 6 servings.

Oil

These oils can handle the high heat of a stir-fry. Choose one.

canola oil coconut oil grapeseed oil peanut oil

Aromatic

Choose between two or more to create great flavor layers.

garlic ginger lemongrass scallions shallots onions

Protein

Choose one.

chicken fish pork shrimp steak tempeh tofu chickpeas seitan portobello mushrooms

Veggies (2+), hard to soft

Choose between two and five veggies. Try to add a variety of colors and textures for the tastiest and healthiest dish.

asparagus baby corn bean sprouts broccoli brussel sprouts cabbage carrots cauliflower eggplant green/string beans mushrooms bell peppers snap peas squash (yellow) water chestnuts zucchini bok choi

Stir-Fry Sauce

Start with soy sauce (or braggs aminos) + rice wine vinegar + water. Now choose one or two others ingredients to add saltiness, sweetness or intensity to your stir-fry.

brown sugar honey hoisin sauce oyster sauce orange juice XO sauce

Sauce Seasoning (optional)

Cornstarch for thickening or spice for even more flavor.

Chinese 5-spice pepper flakes cornstarch
